Living area: With wood burner, Freeview TV, Blu-ray player, Playstation 3 and French doors leading to deck with direct access to the private garden and orchard.
Dining area. With wooden table and four chairs.
Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher.  Complimentary jams, biscuits and Welsh Cakes.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. 

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With king size bed, dressing table, comfortable chair and Velux windows.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds, wardrobes and Velux windows.
Cloakroom: Fully tiled with toilet and handbasin.

Please note that there is a minimum 2 night stay.  For visitors who just wish to stay 1 night please contact the hosts, Linda and Nigel on 07929 323 727 and they will be able to manually input the booking.  Please note that 1 night stays have a surcharge of £50 on top of booking costs.
