Bookings. When you make a booking, you are accepting on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.
Arrivals are after 4.00 pm and before 6.30pm to enable cleaning and preparation. When we have vacancies early arrivals, other start days or additional nights may be available by arrangement. Early check in £30, late check out £30, or book both for £50 (dependant on availability).

Terms. Prices include heating, electricity, hot water, bed linen, toilet rolls, tea and coffee, and towels. BBQ charcoal available at £5 per bag and chilled Prosecco on arrival for £10. Hot tub use only between 10am and 10pm.
Prices. All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Payment Methods. When booking online your payment is dealt with securely via Worldpay.
Payment. A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings within 30 days, the full balance is due at time of booking.
Cancellations. It is in your interest to notify us of cancellations in writing as soon as possible. Deposits and payments are not refundable. However, if we are able to re-let cancelled weeks, we will make a discretionary refund of payments received less an administration charge. You are advised to insure against cancellation loses.
Smoking and Vaping. This is strictly forbidden in all buildings.
Damage, breakages & maintenance. There is a £50 refundable deposit for any breakages. You are requested to report these as they occur so that repairs or replacements can be made without delay. Guests are expected to use the pod with care and are fully responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents. The refund will be made within 7 days of departure.
Number in your party. It is the condition of your booking that the total number in your party shall not exceed the capacity of the property as advertised or the number stated when booking. You will be asked to leave if your do exceed numbers and will not be entitled to a refund.
Liability. We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Gelli Secret Escapes however caused. Cars, contents, cycles, luggage, personal items etc are left at the owners' risk.
Departures. Departures please are strictly before 10.00 am. unless by prior arrangement. You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and leave your rubbish and recyclables in the outside bin store.
Rules. No parties, no pets, no loud music, no fireworks. Please be mindful of other visitors to the site and the rural location of the property.
